Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Bevizio (“Bevizio”, “we”, “us”), a service that checks whether AI chat tools mention a customer’s product in response to relevant questions, available at bevizio.com, operated by Daniel Kloss, trading as Bevizio (61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom). By creating an account or using Bevizio, you agree to these Terms. Bevizio is intended for business use — for founders and companies tracking their own product, not for personal or household purposes.

1. The service

Bevizio periodically submits prompts you provide or that we generate on your behalf to third-party AI systems (currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, accessed via a third-party API provider) and reports whether your product is mentioned, alongside any competitor names and source citations the AI system returns. Results depend entirely on systems we do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of; see Section 5.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. One brand/product per account in the current plan structure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Bevizio.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to your order and handles returns and payment disputes. For anything about the product itself — your account, a feature, or the 7-day “forgot to cancel” refund described in our Refunds Policy — contact us directly at hello@bevizio.com.

Free trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when it ends and you are charged the price of the plan you chose at checkout (monthly or annual), then again at the start of each billing period. We email you about 3 days before your trial ends. If you cancel at any time before the trial ends, you will not be charged. During a trial, up to 20 questions are checked whichever plan you chose; on Pro, the rest start at your first payment, which you can bring forward at any time from your plan page.

Changing plans. You can move between Growth and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing, at any time. A change applies immediately: moving up charges the difference for the rest of the current billing period, moving down credits it against future payments. Changes made during a trial aren’t billed. If you move to a plan with fewer questions, you choose which ones stay checked; the rest are paused with their history kept.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bevizio to submit prompts intended to harass, defame, or manipulate AI systems in ways that violate those systems’ own usage policies, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to resell or provide access to the service to third parties without our written consent.

5. No warranty on third-party AI results

AI chat tools change their behavior, availability, and output without notice, and are operated by companies we have no control over. We make reasonable efforts to detect and clearly label when a result could not be retrieved or when nothing was available to check, but we do not warrant that any check result reflects what a human user would see at any given moment. Bevizio is a diagnostic and monitoring tool, not a guarantee of AI visibility, ranking, or outcome.

Answers are collected through the providers’ APIs and can differ from what a person sees in the ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Google apps, which vary by account, location, model version and time. Results are a sample of real answers, not a guarantee.

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; Claude of Anthropic; Gemini and Google of Google LLC; Perplexity of Perplexity AI. Bevizio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bevizio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Bevizio for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. You may stop using Bevizio and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of Bevizio after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
