How we measure
Each question is asked through the engines’ own APIs and search results (US, English) — not by scraping a chat window. ChatGPT is asked 3 times a week and Claude twice, because their answers vary most from one ask to the next; Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are steadier and are asked once a week. Every number on your dashboard is a count of real answers (“named in 9 of 60”), and a change is only reported when it’s too big to be normal variation. When an engine gives no answer, or Google shows no AI Overview, that answer is left out rather than counted as a miss. Answers collected through the APIs can differ from what a person sees in the ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Google apps, which vary by account, location, model version and time — so we report how often you’re named across many answers, not a guarantee of any single one.
Every cheap AI-visibility tool we’ve found either caps engines by default and charges extra per engine, or uses a credit/consumption model. Bevizio includes all five on both plans.
Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax. In the UK, Ireland and Australia you pay a local price that includes VAT or GST. The final price, and any tax, is shown at checkout by our payment provider, Paddle.

Which AI engines does Bevizio check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews — all five, on both plans. No add-ons, no extra charge for Claude or Gemini.
How often are my questions asked?
Each question is asked 8 times a week in total — ChatGPT 3 times and Claude twice, since their answers vary the most run to run; Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews once each, since they're steadier.
What if an engine doesn't answer, or Google doesn't show an AI Overview?
That answer is left out of your numbers entirely — it's never counted as a miss. Bevizio only reports on real answers it actually got back.
Can I try it before paying?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account and data stay exactly as they are if you come back. Deleting your account is a separate, explicit step (Settings → Delete my account); that starts a 30-day grace period before your questions, answers and preferences are permanently erased.
If I switch plans, do I lose my existing questions?
No — downgrading pauses your lowest-priority questions rather than deleting them; upgrading un-pauses them automatically. Nothing is lost.
